We are an organization on a mission to help empower people through wellness education, training and youth development. We are on a mission to improve health & wellness, by fighting against health related diseases related to obesity and minority health. We establish minority health improvements, through fitness programs and education .


Our goal is to empower others to live their best lives with physical and mental assistance, throughout our community and the world. The purpose for which NuLife Charities is formed is to help others achieve a well rounded improvement of life, free of preventable chronic illnesses and diseases.


We value impactful work, open collaboration, and a spirit of diversity and inclusion.

Meet our founder

Meet miesha wilson, the visionary founder behind our non-profit organization.


With a passion for social change and a heart committed to making a difference, miesha embarked on a journey to address pressing issues in HER community around minority health over 17 years ago with the opening of her chain of group fitness facilities, NULIFE FITNESS CAMP.


Her tireless dedication and innovative approach to weight managment have been instrumental in shaping the organization’s mission and impact. SHE HAS AN inspiring story OF SURVIVAL FROM, CHILDHOOD ABUSE, FOSTER CARE AND POVERTY. sHE’S TURNED HER TRIALS INTO TRIUMPH AND IS AN individual whose vision is driving positive change and leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those we serve.

NULIFE UNIVERSITY

We are extremely passionate about education and educating the next generation of wellness professionals. our programs empower them to improve the quality of life for themselves, for others, and contribute in the fight against the obesity crisis in the United States.


Through our NuLife University program, high school seniors and other adults can gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified fitness professionals, giving them the tools to gain employment or enter entrepreneurship in the fitness and wellness space.


scholarships

We pride ourselves on providing scholarships to high school seniors in low income communities to become certified fitness professionals upon leaving high school.


Scholarships are typically awarded to seniors who may not have the ability to attend traditional college but have a passion for fitness and wellness.


The students study online coursework from NuLife University and have the ability to achieve real life experience that gives them a priceless advantage, while becoming self sustaining adults.

BOOTCAMP BABIES

Our “Bootcamp Babies” program services children ages 8 - 16 years old. The program educates young participants on implementing healthy lifestyles, making healthy food choices, body image, self esteem, and a safe space for talking through challenges they face.


This program allows the participants the opportunity to experience live healthy cooking classes, in person and virtual fitness classes as well as yoga and meditation techniques to help them tackle anxiety and other internal feelings.

PROJECT F.L.O.U.R.I.S.H

Our “F.L.O.U.R.I.S.H” (Fostering Leadership, Opportunities, Unity, Resilience, Inspiration, Strength, and Hope) empowerment program is a community-driven initiative committed to empowering teenage girls to reach their full potential and become future leaders.


Our program aims to provide a platform for teenage girls from diverse backgrounds to come together, share experiences, and engage in conversation that fosters personal growth, leadership skills, and self-confidence. Through workshops, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and mentorship opportunities, we strive to inspire and empower these young women to pursue their dreams fearlessly and make a positive impact in their communities.
